Auto-Response Teller

Our Audio Response Teller, also known as ART, allows you to access your account(s) via telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon dialing 208-523-0136 or 1-800-544-3771, you will access the main menu of the ART system. After entering some pertinent information, you will have full access to your account(s), and will have the opportunity to choose from the following options:

• PRESS #1 – for Checking Account Information
  You will have the opportunity to access deposit information, account activity, stop payment information, & rates.
• PRESS #2 – for Savings Account Information
  You will have the opportunity to access deposit information, account activity, & rates.
• PRESS #3 – for Transfers & Withdrawals
  You will have the opportunity to transfer funds between accounts, make your credit union loan payment, or make a withdrawal.
• PRESS #4 – for Loan Information
  You will have the opportunity to conduct a loan inquiry, check the status of a loan application, check loan rates and more.
• PRESS #5 – for Certificate Information
  Conduct a certificate inquiry or check certificate rates.
• PRESS #6 – for YTD Information
  Access YTD dividend and interest information.
• PRESS #7 – for Additional Information
  Contact a service representative or access other miscellaneous information.
