Internet Banking Consumer Disclosures Policy

1. PURPOSE: The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-Sign Act") effective October 1, 2000 authorizes institutions to provide electronic disclosures if prior customer consent is properly obtained.
